RETURN POLICY
If in the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with your product then you can return it within 30 days of it being ordered and receive a full refund or replacement. The product will need to be un-used and in a resellable condition for refund to be processed. If you have any issues then please get in touch by email and we will do our best to help. SHIPPING
Shipping times depend on the service selected on checkout. If you have any issues with delivery then please check your tracking information first before contacting us. If you are still having issues then please contact us using the contact form on the website.
If you bought your product directly from Amazon then please contact Amazon directly through your Account on Amazon.
DAMAGED GOODS
If by any chance your planner arrives in less than perfect condition then get in touch and we will do our very best to put it right.

BUYING IN BULK
You may want to get some planners for your team to get them super organised and productive. If you purchase more than ten planners then you can get a bulk discount. Send us a quick email and we’ll get that sorted for you.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
All payments are processed by Amazon except our digital products and services (including Momentum). Please contact Amazon through your account for any payment related issues.
MOMENTUM
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your subscription to the Momentum accountability service, provided by ISenna Ltd T/A Perfect Planner Company . By subscribing, you agree to the following:
1. Membership & Pricing
- Momentum is delivered via WhatsApp and provides weekly accountability prompts, resources, and support.
- At sign-up, you will be charged a £1 trial fee, which gives you 30 days’ access.
- After the 30-day trial, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.
2. Subscription Options
- £1 trial (30 days’ access).
- After 30 days, you may choose:
- Monthly plan: £7.95 per month (rolling subscription).
- Annual plan: £79.50 (one payment, non-refundable, includes 2 months free).
3. Payments
- Payments are collected automatically via your chosen payment method.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your membership until payment is successfully received.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellations require 5 business days’ notice before your next billing date.
- To cancel, you must type CANCEL into the Momentum WhatsApp thread. We will then confirm and begin the cancellation process.
- No partial refunds are given for monthly or annual plans.
5. Refunds
- The £1 trial fee is non-refundable.
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once paid.
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed.
6. Service Delivery
- Momentum is delivered digitally via WhatsApp. You are responsible for ensuring you have access to WhatsApp and a stable internet connection.
- We may update, modify, or enhance the service at any time to improve your experience.
7. Fair Use
- Momentum is a group-style accountability service. Any misuse, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal without refund.
