Perfect Planner Company is a family run business based in Cambridgeshire. We pride ourselves on creating high quality, functional products that can truly make a difference to the users life. Our products are so much more than a beautiful book or stationery item – they are your trusted companions on your journey to success.

The founder Monique came from a background of 25 years as a Stage Manager in West End Theatre, working on productions such as War Horse, Hairspray and We will Rock You. She has also been a producer and Showcaller in Live Events for Companies such as Land Rover, Apple, Facebook and YouTube. Organisation and planning was exactly what was needed in those roles and has formed the basis of everything Monique has done.

It is this very passion for planning and productivity that lead Monique to create the ultimate planner for the busy professional.

We are thrilled to have been in business for the last 9 years serving hundreds and thousands of customers all over the world with our beautiful Planners, Notebooks and Journals. As well as serving our incredible customers we have proudly supported some large scale corporate firms creating their bespoke concept led planners to enhance Sales Forces world wide.

Our story

2017

NM Manager launched…

In August 2017 the very first Classic Grey Edition was released. People were cautious at first, but over the coming months and with a consistent approach we started to wow our customers and despite a few setbacks and teething problems we stormed our way into the market and started to become a well-known name.

2018

We became a recognised brand.

By 2018 our popularity and awareness was growing. We were becoming the go to experts for getting Network Marketers organised. In September 2018 we launched three different versions of the 2019 NM Manager Planner and the Special Edition was born.

2019

It was time to level up.

We decided to really up our game for the 2020 editions. We hired a fulfilment house who helped us by shipping all our planners and accessories for us! We gained a living room again!

2020

Perfect Planner Company was born…

In addition to the Network Marketing planners and accessories we had created, we introduced the ‘Perfect Parent Planner’ to our range. Another beautiful planner but this time it was tailor made to help parents get organised. Our same concept and ethos that our customers knew and loved but tailored to busy parents!

2021

Our biggest product range…

For 2021 we introduced Undated 6 month Business Planner to the range, our first undated planner! 2021 was also the year where we merged our two brands and started to operate under the one umbrella of Perfect Planner Company. We also started to get some international corporate clients – we have gone global!

2022

Now Award Winning!

In 2022 we were honoured to have our Business & Lifestyle planner recognised as The Working From Product of the Year by Stationery Matters. 2022 was the year we branched in to retail and were featured in some major retailers such as John Lewis and Harvey Nichols.

2023

Our vision is to change people’s lives!

For 2023 we decided to introduce a brand new type of product to allow us to help even more people plan and get organised. Our journals prioritise YOU! This year was all about reducing stress and overwhelm and increasing self care!

2024

A brand new planner for a brand new audience!

Change is our word for 2024! We launched our brand new Lifestyle Planner this year and the reception has been out of this world. Perfect for the ambitious career-driven individual. We have also levelled up our packaging to make our unboxing experience even more special for each and every one of our customers.

2025

Next day, no problem!

We knew our customer appreciated speed, so we partnered with Amazon both in the UK and the USA to ensure that our planners could be delivered the next day, in some cases the same day. Over the course of 2025 we were thrilled to be named as Amazon Choice on many of our products.

2026

A new groundbreaking service!

2026 we launched Momentum, our revolutionary WhatsApp planning service. This incredible add on was a first in the industry, helping customers to have accountability and a gentle nudge to push them forward when planning their business, life & home.
